Sarah's approach to recruitment is both academic and practical. She holds a degree in Management from University College Cork and further specialised with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, UK. This powerful combination of formal education and real-world experience allows her to navigate the complexities of the modern workforce with precision and foresight.
Her expertise is not limited to recruitment; Sarah is highly skilled in creating impactful training and development programmes and shaping effective human resource policies. This holistic understanding of the HR landscape enables her to look beyond the CV, identifying candidates who possess the technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential to thrive.

James Dunne - Recruitment Manager
James is a dedicated and CIPD-qualified recruitment manager with a deep-seated expertise in Ireland's burgeoning construction sector. His approach is built on a foundation of international experience and a meticulous understanding of the industry's strategic and regulatory landscape.
After earning his degree in Management from Dublin City University (DCU), James moved to Australia, where he honed his skills as a recruitment specialist within the dynamic construction and manufacturing industries. This international exposure provided him with a unique perspective on global best practices and large-scale project staffing.
Returning to Ireland in 2024, James brought his global insights home to focus on the domestic construction market. He is passionate about partnering with companies to build high-performing teams, ensuring every placement aligns not only with technical requirements but also with stringent government regulations and compliance standards. As a strategic partner to his clients, James plays a key role in their workforce development and long-term growth.
Siobhan Kelly - Accounts Manager
As an Accounts Manager at GTB Ireland, Siobhan Kelly is a trusted partner to our clients, committed to their success and satisfaction. Her approach is built on a rich and diverse professional foundation that sets her apart.
Originally from Co. Mayo, Siobhan began her career journey after her studies at ATU (formerly GMIT) by moving to Dubai. Initially working as a teacher, she honed exceptional communication and interpersonal skills before transitioning into the fast-paced hospitality sector as a Human Resources Specialist. This role provided her with invaluable, first-hand insight into business operations and the importance of people in driving success.
Upon returning to Ireland, Siobhan strategically focused her career on her passion for building relationships. She solidified her expertise by achieving a prestigious CIPD qualification in Human Resources and pivoted towards client management.
Today, Siobhan leverages this powerful combination of skills. Her background in HR allows her to deeply understand a client's business needs from the inside out, while her international experience gives her a broad perspective. She has a proven reputation as a professional manager who consistently meets client expectations and is a skilled negotiator, focused on creating agreements that deliver exceptional value and drive growth.
Aoife Cunningham - Accounts Manager
As an Accounts Manager, Aoife Cunningham offers clients more than just professional expertise; she offers genuine understanding. A self-described "country girl," Aoife was born and raised in a farming family, a background she takes immense pride in and one that gives her a unique advantage in serving the agri, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
Her professional journey is built on this solid foundation. While studying for her Marketing degree at Atlantic Technological University (formerly Letterkenny Institute of Technology), she spent her vacations working on the family farm, keeping her hands-on knowledge sharp. Alongside her studies, she cultivated exceptional client service skills in the hospitality industry, learning the importance of clear communication and relationship building.
Upon graduating, Aoife formally merged her personal passion with her professional ambition, taking on a sales role with a cattle feed manufacturer. It was here she became a trusted figure, building a robust and valuable network throughout the agricultural sector.
Today, Aoife channels all this experience into her role at GTB Ireland. She speaks the language of her clients because she has lived it. She understands their challenges, anticipates their needs, and is completely dedicated to helping their businesses thrive.
